Dennis bought this lathe on eBay in January 2006.  It was sitting in a sheet metal shop in the Los Angeles area and was covered with a thick layer of grinding dust and aluminum grit- they were sanding airplane fuselage parts on a table next to the lathe.  Dennis plans to do a total restoration on the machine.

The lathe included almost all of it's original tooling, including a set of collets.  The only thing missing is the 8" T-slot face plate.
