Dennis bought this 8A on eBay in March 2006.  The lathe was apparently dropped at some point, and had many missing or damaged parts.

A close-up of the headstock, showing the variable speed vee-belt drive and broken change gear housing.

The apron suffered several bent handles and the tailstock is cracked.  The lathe is also missing it's cross slide.
